Hello Awesome Students, Parent/Guardian of a Phys-ed Student or HAL Team Member,
There is an optional “Ninja Field Trip” on
April 7, from 12:00-3:20pm for any Phys-ed Student or Healthy Active Living (HAL) Team Member to participate in. The cost is $18 (which is to be paid via
School Cash Online https://www.ocdsb.ca/parent-portal/school-cash-online)and the Field Trip form (attached below) must be filled in, signed by the student’s parent or guardian, and submitted via email or at school (hard copies will be available).

We will be walking to the Resolute Center/Rideau Gymnastics at the Kanata Town Center (about a 30 minute walk from AY). There will be physical activities for all levels of fitness and abilities, so everyone is welcome to attend. Video Clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hwIykzHmuiQ
The first 50 students to have a parent/guardian submit the completed permission form and pay the $18 Cash Online will get to go. Please be sure to read the permission form carefully (attached below), and please remind your child to bring the recommended items (snack, water bottle, indoor shoes, athletic clothing, raincoat/warm sweater – depending on weather).
